We try to be as accurate as possible with our description of each product. Should you, however, not be happy with your purchase, you may wish to return your purchase. Here you can find our 7-day returns policy which explains the procedure of how to return a product.
This returns policy applies for all purchases made from our websites www.french-only.com - www.franzosisch-shop.com - www.frenchdiffusion.com as well as purchases made from our shops on Amazon.com - Amazon.co.uk and eBay and does not affect any statutory rights you may have - such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
RETURNS
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
- you ship the returned product within 7 days following the date of receipt of the product
- the returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
- you comply with the returns procedure set out below
- none of the exclusions set out below apply.
EXCLUSIONS
- used goods
- goods you received longer than 7 days ago
- any especially for you ordered / manufactured products
REFUNDS
- we will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us
- we will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
- we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 3 days of the day we received your returned product.
- if you accidentally bought the wrong size/colour: you can return the product in exchange for the correct one (instead of a refund) – but you will have to pay the extra should the replacement product be more expensive as well as the replacement postage of the correct item
IMPROPER RETURNS
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product)
- we will not refund or exchange the product;
- we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for delivery of the returned product; and
- if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
NON EUROPEAN RETURNS
If you are returning your product from a non-european country please:
- do NOT use Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL as we will be charged custom duties. (although by law we do not have to pay custom duties for the return of a french product - when returned by one of these couriers, we are often charged the custom duties)
- return your goods via normal postal services
- indicate RETURN of DAMAGED GOODS on your custom declaration form
If failing to complete these requests would result in us having to pay custom duties on the returned product, we will deduct this amount from your refund.
